Meet Angie
Hi there! I’m Angie & I am a curriculum designer. To me, this means that I get to create fun, engaging curriculum that will promote literacy for early readers! I believe that small children really should enjoy this stage in early literacy so they could reach farther than we ever thought possible.
Think about it! As adults, we are taught that if we want something bad enough, we will achieve it. In my book, same rules apply in early childhood. If we make learning fun, children will actually want to learn. And friend, there is nothing sweeter than the face of a child who learned that they could do something they didn’t know they could!
Learning alphabet & phonics for the first time is a WHOLE NEW WORLD. It could be overwhelming and confusing for students if it’s not taught correctly. This is why it’s so important for us to teach using best practices that focus on student engagement, so our kiddos can reach for the stars (& so could you)!
